I first met Rev when we shared and elevator. He rode in on his Harley. Chains, leather and ink were in evidence. I remember thinking, “I hope I don’t get mugged”. Not my greatest moment as I judged what I did on know… condemned what I did not comprehend. The first great lesson he taught me was the one he never actually taught in the traditional sense of the word. He was just Rev, doing what he does. Helping all people know the they are never too broken, never to filthy, never to low to be lifted high. Rev is my friend and for that, I praise God.
This image was crated with two snooted speedlights. The first one illuminated Revs face. The second bathed the God of light in a little light. Every now and then, we have an opportunity to return the favor, in little ways, to the God who gives us all.
