Declaration of Independence

Fifty-six men affixed their names to an idea, a proposition. They pledged their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor. Should they fail, a traitor's death awaited. But should they prevail...

This notice will be removed before the site is formally announced. The above image blocks represent and teach about the signing of the Deceleration of Independence. I have a number of these made up to honor monumental events in our history. These include dramatic civil rights images, veterans day images, powerful moments in the various wars. These will be changed out from time to time to keep the home page fresh and to educate.

Gen. Anthony (Nuts) McAuliffe and Col. Harry Kinnard at Bastogne
The morning air was bitterly frigid. No man was spared from the cold that cut like a knife. No man was spared from the hunger that tore at their bellies. No man was spared from paralyzing fear. This would be one more day in an endless chain of endless days of misery and fear and death.

People are beginning to see the truth.

Charles Carroll
Without morals a republic cannot subsist any length of time; they therefore who are decrying the Christian religion, whose morality is so sublime and pure (and) which insures to the good eternal happiness, are undermining the solid foundation of morals, the best security for the duration of free governments.
